Customer brought in a FJ80. My dad figured out engine was done and needed replaced. Offered him some cash and to waive the diag fee to buy and customer accepted. Looks like this but not so nice.There’s minor rust on the rear doors(like they all have) and the interior is worn. Frames clean and truck only has 100k-ish miles.

So... we’re doing a 2UZ swap! My dads going to figure out what combo of engine and transmission year but I figured I’d work on finding some other parts. I want to do sport style front seats but my dad just wants to recover. Help me find fairly priced, bolstered seats that match around this color.It might be a bit lighter.

3rd gen 4runner seats have decent bolstering. Not a lot but it looks more than those. However the closest color to those is navy.

Just getting the 2UZ to work in the FJ80 and all while all the gauges work is enough. Maybe i the future. We are completely rebuilding this engine whenever we get it.
